The spacious open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, with floor-to-ceiling bi folding doors , allowing the inside and outside to become one space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with making it ideal for both entertaining and everyday living.
Each of the three bedrooms is generously sized, with the master suite featuring its own en-suite bathroom.

Additional features include private parking and direct access to coastal walking paths or the beach.
The south-facing garden is a true highlight — a large terrace invites you to dine al fresco while enjoying the sea breeze, its ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere. At its centre is a high-spec swim spa pool, offering the best of both worlds: a powerful swim current for fitness and resistance training, and integrated spa seating with massaging jets for ultimate relaxation.
Check in time is from 3pm, You will be messaged if it is available beforehand.
Check out is anytime before 11am however if agreed to and paid for in advance this can be extended to midday for an extra fee. Please enquire about this.

Parking for two cars with charging point along with unrestricted street parking.
Unfortunately this apartment has no disabled access and is not suitable for those with mobility impairments.
Guest Access: Entrance to the property is via a gate that opens onto the south facing front garden with path and steps, leading to a raised terrace.
The front garage is excluded and used by host. We will not need to enter the gate which leads to the property.
Other things to note
No parties
No stag or hen groups
Please note that the booking is for 8 Guests maximum.
Visitors outside of booking not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of booking and you will be asked to leave the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property
Guests must not disturb residents with excessive noise
Checkout time is anytime before 11am The property must be vacated on or before this time to allow housekeeping to gain access and service the property for the next guests to arrive.
Guests are required to treat the Pool Terrace as their own home and keep it clean and tidy for the next Guest, just as you found it on your arrival.
Swim spa - use of the swim Spa is charged at an extra cost of £100 for cleaning, Please contact us to check that swim spa is available we only offer this between April and October. Outside of these dates may require prior booking and the swim spa may not be available. Increased charges may also apply November to March.
The host reserves the right to charge a fee if any of the rules regarding the Swim Spa are broken( More information will be provided at time of booking)
