Great location, beds very comfy. The size of the property was perfect for our group, very cosy homely feel to the property. Nice that fans are provided if needed. The host was very helpful and even left a welcome bottle of prosecco which was much appreciated
The downstairs bedrooms smelt a bit musty but that soon went when we opened the window for a short while

Property lovely and modern in a great location right by the beach.
Tom who was the host was amazing and so helpful, my mum broke her ankle whilst here on the beach front and Tom kindly gave us a late checkout due to these circumstances.
Unfortunately there was no parking and the street where the property is there is no room to really park your car just for 10 mins to drop you luggage off but parking seems to be like this for the whole of Brighton so just something to bare in mind.
Local parking also quite expensive but this is due to the location
