Suloinen yhden ihmisen koti, josta vuokrataan tätä huonetta. Herttainen ja ystävällinen tunnelma. Kaunis vanha rakennus. Siisti kaupunginosa ja ympäristö.
Hissi puuttuu. Raskas kivuta neljänteen kerrokseen. Mutta isäntä auttoi ja kantoi rinkkani tullessa ylös ja lähtiessä alas.
