Huisje is rustig gelegen aan het einde van een doodlopende straat. Buiten kan terras met zitmeubilair gebruikt worden. Terras is beveiligd met hek met code. Moderne en volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Fijne opbergruimte in hal. Goede service (zoals handdoeken, toiletpapier, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker, zelfs wasmachine en strijkijzer).
Bed is een uittrekbare zit/slaapbank. Hou daar wel rekening mee als je veel slaapcomfort zoekt. Toilet gaf wat stankoverlast (waarschijnlijk riolering). Door regelmatig openzetten van het raam in de hal opgelost. Doorgegeven aan beheerder.

Dans l’ensembles général l’appartement est bon un peu petit mais fait très bien l’affaire
Certaines lattes de lit était cassés et le genre de volet le tenais pas ouvert mais sinon rien à dire !

La cocina y su menaje y pequeños electrodomésticos del hogar (secador de pelo/ radiador)
Principalmente varias paredes tenían humedades yo que soy alérgico a la humedad lo pasé mal y tuve que medicarme, deberían de avisar o arreglar ese problema, también cuando encendias grifos en el baño, al momento venían fuertes olores de bajante y la ducha no desagua bien. La ubicación si no estás acostumbrado a moverte en metro es un poco tediosa, puesto que estás a más de 30 minutos en metro del centro y luego 15 minutos caminando. Deberían de tener un punto para dejar las maletas puesto que los horarios de entrada y salida hacen que tengas que ir a hacer turismo con las maletas.
