Appartement spacieux, chauffage appréciable. Bon emplacement, 15 min de marche d'une station, métro (porte d'orléans). Bonne communication. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Tout est un peu vieux. La propreté pourrait être mieux, Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable, le lit est bon. Les rideaux ne se fermaient pas assez et comme la périphérique bruyante avec beaucoup de lumières passe juste devant, ça dérange. Avec quelques petites améliorations, cet appartement pourrait être au top.

Appartement très accessible, proche d'une station de tram. Propreté impeccable. Vaste. Hôte sympathique.
La literie pourrait sans doute être rajeunie.

L 'appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso, ci sono tutti gli strumenti necessari per poter cucinare e fare colazione. La casa è molto Calda.
Cucini troppo piccoli e molli.
3 asciugamani per la doccia in tre per 4 notti, migliorerei l approvvigionamento degli asciugamani per lavarsi.
La porta e la maniglia d'ingresso è da aggiustare , bisogna stare attenti a come la apri la maniglia ti rimane letteralmente in mano.
Le tapparelle in sala e in cucina non si titano giu quindi di mattina hai il sole in faccia. Quella della camera da letto è elettrica quindi funziona.
