Check in is slightly off due to being done in another property, but it worked out.

Location is great for events at Claudlands, about a 10-15 min walk away. Rooms were specious
Bedding and pillows could do with an upgrade. Current issue with parking so was a little complicated on arrival.

Meet my needs for the price I paid
There is construction going on ,which means to pick up the key you need to go to a different address .The email for this info didn't arrive in my email until 8hrs after check in time started ,so just after midnight .I would need this info 24hrs earlier .Id suggest who never is setting up the auto messages in Booking.com needs to go back in and find out what is going wrong as the msg was 24hrs too late .
