Kathy was a very friendly host and most helpful when asking for additional kitchen items eg baking sheets, corkscrew. Beautiful location- short walk down steep steps to beach for a quick dip, then hot tub with a view afterwards :)
There were 5 in our group and we spent most time on deck. However, indoor seating is a sofa and dining chairs, so for a larger group, on a wet day may be less relaxing. Not a lot of counter space for food prep- but well equipped.

Our hostess is exceptionally accommodating. The house is spacious, perfect for a family reunion. It is stocked with everything one needs (even more than I have at home!) The surrounding is peaceful, the unobstructed ocean view is spectacular and the hot tub is inviting.
Although it didn't affect our enjoyment, this is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps to the living space and the kitchen/ eating area is divided into areas with a step between. The good news is that the house next door (available for rent by the same host and also very well appointed) is more accessible.
