Staff was very friendly and unpretentious as well as professional.
Safety concerns were not an issue.
A lower unit was provided as I have some mobility issues with stairs. I did ask ahead of time though.
The rate was high for one person and a very small room but I have not had to stay in a motel/hotel in a very long time.
The shower needs some work and a better shower head. It was very small as well.
The people above me were very noisy well after midnight. It seemed like they were dropping heavy objects on the floor and their was some screeching. I had to call the front desk as I thought maybe someone was being hurt. They got quiet for about a half hour but then it started again. T
