Location was perfect for going to a concert at Vorst National just a short walk away. Was a nice quiet area but we managed to find a couple of nice local bars a short walk away that were open until late. The apartment itself was absolutely fine. Really good value.
There's nothing that I didn't really like. Although I would probably suggest that anyone with mobility issues might struggle to get up the stairs to the apartment.

Gekozen voor de ligging bij Vorst Nationaal,, in een rustige straat, weinig lawaai
Zetelbed heeft wel z'n beste tijd gehad, de stof vd bank was niet zo netjes, het bed zelf was ok. Weinig restaurants in de buurt.

Place was spacious and mostly clean (sofa excluded)
Basic amenities were missing, such as pillow case. We asked them to the renter on arrival but never got them ( we stayed 4 nights).
Communication was impossibile, both before and during our stay. Before, we got an answer just the morning of our arrival. On arrival, we asked for towels and pillow case, and got an answer 3 days later. The owner said he was facing some personal issues and had no time to check messages (did not offer to provide for the missing items). Although he had time to remind us the day before leaving that we had to do the dishes before leaving.
If you are by car, the area is a nightmare to park.
Toilet does not have a toilet brush, who knows why one is not expected to use one.
Kitchen items are very basic, so if you want to warm your milk, your only option is the 3L pasta pot.
Staircase is really narrow, so not ideal with small children or people with limited mobility.
The sofa bed is really dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on.
