The rooms were big and comfortable. The bedding were nice and duvets were exceptional especially for the weather.
1. Lack of communication prior to check in. A concerned neighbor had to get in touch with someone, who got in touch with some other person who then sent my phone number to the manager before I was contacted. Before now, I had sent several messages to the contact person without reply
2. The most annoying part was the fact that I was instructed to go pick up the keys to the apartment in a different location(approximately 20 mins walk), knowing full well that i might just be a visitor. This, I considered to be a big mistreatment.

Great location with very comfy beds and sofa. Fully operational kitchen and laundry facilities
The second bedroom doesn’t have a blind so potential for people to look into the room and now it’s spring you have early sunrise to deal with. Apart from that very nice place to stay with friends as opposed to having 2 hotel rooms

The location was excellent and the apartment is big
There was no air conditioning, despite it being advertised as having air con. One bedroom had no blinds or curtains on the window and as it was summer, it was too bright to sleep well.
