The good supply of hot water, kitchen facilities and the really comfortable bed

La zona principal (cuina/llit) bastant be. La cuina esta molt ben equipada i te tot el que es necessita.
El llit es extramadament tou, pero si t’agraden aquest tipus de llit es molt comode.
El WC, es massa petit. Per anar al WC toques amb els genolls a la paret i la ditxa casi no et pots ajupir.

Excellent location. Was very easy to get anywhere in town.
Comfortable bed. Didn’t have any discomfort during sleep.
Warm. The room was easy to warm up and never got too cold during our stay.
--Things the host can improve---
Not suitable for eating or working. Bar stools + glass table. The seats were as tall as the table, making them unsuitable for use.
We had to ask about the WiFi and password, and about the cleaning schedule. In all my previous long-term stays, this information was always provided unprompted.
Cleaning schedule was not followed. We were told the cleaning would be “every 5 days”. On day 7 we asked why it hadn’t happened yet. The host replied that he had told us the cleaning would be every 5 days “or every Friday”. There was no mention of Friday in the conversation up to then but even if there had been, a Friday had passed and the cleaner hadn’t come then either. After that first prompted cleaning, 5 days passed (and a Friday), no cleaner came again.
We were two guests but there was only one set of keys for the apartment.
--Things the host might not be able to change but we feel are worth mentioning--
The toilet seat is so close to the opposite wall that one has to sit sideways to use it.
We regularly found the front door of the building left open, concerning about the security of the flats. Once, someone had put a piece of paper inside the lock, preventing it from locking.

All were good.
The bathroom was a bit of a challenge. The distance between the front of the toilet seat and the facing wall at less than 12inches was a bit tight.
