This was the perfect little house for Cambridge. I was actually working at the Grand Arcade and it was a 20 minute walk through the park to the centre. All very safe and easy to do. We went to 2 of your recommended restaurants and both were good. Easy reach of a local grocery shop. Fabulous to have parking off street as it is tricky around Cambridge. The house itself was lovely, clean and very comfy. It was warm on some very cold days that I was there and all the linen was clean and really good sized fluffy towels. It really was an ideal place to stay to explore Cambridge and I would definitely stay here again
There isn't actually anything that could be better, Communications with Nicky were easy and fast and there just isn't any negative I could think of.

Fantastic location and property size. Had all the facilities needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. This accommodation provided the perfect balance of inner city living while not feeling too close to the busy city centre. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing get away to Cambridge.
During our stay the accommodation was very hot, however the weather was exceptional at the time. The accommodation had fans to cool down the rooms along with blinds in the bedroom. We kept these down during the day to keep the room cool but the living room ceiling windows don’t have blinds. As a result it became very hot during the day. The weather was exceptional so keep in mind that it could be hot if you’re staying here in good weather.

Perfectly located in a quiet area but close to numerous places to eat and drink. A beautiful 15min walk into the centre of town along the river to explore all of Cambridge's sights. The place has everything you could need and the bed is super comfortable. The free parking is such a bonus too!
