Location was great, clean and well looked after. Bunk bed was a hit with the kid! Nice decor and simple but effective. Scarborough was stunning.
Double Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky at the slightest movement, no desk or seating so made self catering really difficult and having dinner with kids on the bed a messy adventure.
The pool was a nice addition but is in a bad way, tiles were falling off and quite un clean, sauna was broken and no hair dryer available.

Beautiful decor, light and bright. Lovely furniture and crockery and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely. Excellent location and easy to get in on arrival. The kids loved it.
We did not see any staff so rated neutral as I couldn't put N/A.
Even though it looked clean there was a slight smell on arrival, which went once we opened the windows. Bed covers were too warm, though the weather had just turned nice.
No milk sachets or milk to make tea on arrival.

Really lovely place with a great location. Next to the Clock Cafe which I love. Amazing sea view and everything you need in one room including a small kitchenette , fridge and patio doors onto the balcony. Everything seemed new and fresh but definitely needed some tweaks and a few things fixing.
The internet on the tv didnt work. Outside was dirty with old cigarette butts. And there is scaffolding directly next to you. The thermostat on the shower didn’t work so it was either freezing cold or scolding hot. The coffee machine didn’t work either and the toilet seat didnt fit. The walls are paper thin so as much as it says keep it down after 10pm you can literally hear everything that goes on in the rooms next to you. EVERYTHING!!!
