I've been going to BBs on Columbus road for years some I would never go again but willow Dene what a lovely place definitely at the top end from hospitality to hygiene well looked after so clean and everything you need in your room even a fan definitely needed it The breakfast was unbelievable for the price so much on offer to much to list small room but well laid out fantastic for my couple of nights.
If you find something wrong you must be VERY picky small shower but perfect for a B&B the location is the best place to start your day in Scarborough so easy to get around quick.

The friendly welcome from the hosts, along with their friendliness at breakfast time. The excellent breakfast. The fact that I could park in the property parking areas (so off-road).
Room could have been bigger but was fine for my stay of two nights.
