About this villa rental
This Villa was built in 1934. It has high ceilings & an abundance of character. It is fully Airconditioned throughout. It offers an unusual separate flat on the garden level with two bedrooms and their own ensuite shower rooms. It has a separate kitchen,living room and dining area.The garden is beautifully landscaped with yuck er trees fruit trees and herbs. Providing a pleasant walk around the garden)
The swimming pool is an unusual shape with a very large swallow end for children to play in. We have provided sun loungers and umbrellas as well as many seating areas either by the pool or upstairs in the cooler section. The main house has a large living room a very French Dining room and a kitchen with a New Oven & Hob. Both properties have dishwashers)
This set up is ideal for extended families with elderly grandparents or friends wanting individual privacy. Both kitchens are fully equipped & there is a large Miele Washing machine & Dryer).
The internet is fibre and the Television in the main house is set up with a Sky TV system. There are many”Alexa” systems set up throughout the house. So if you want to know the weather forecast or listen to Frank Sinatra ask Alexa) The house is located in a very Peaceful area, so we request our guest respect the neighbours.
It is a Five Minuit walk into Vence via a small footpath passing the conservoire music. A water fountain is located on the corner of Chemin du Camp. A shopping trolley is available for your use.
You will not appreciate the convenience of the location until you have arrived.
There is parking for two cars inside the driveway protected by an electric gate. We have a video entry system from the garden flat.
