Home was very clean. All the linens, appliances and furniture are very new and modern. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Overall our stay was comfortable! We enjoyed how spacious and clean the house was. Everything we needed was readily available for us in every space. The kitchen had spices, extra plates, cups, and cutlery. (plus snacks!) The restrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner and extra toilet paper. All which were convenient for our stay. Justin and Lauren were gracious and accomodating of our family and friends. Not to mention how refreshing the pool was! Everything was perfect with the exception of the location. The neighborhood is very quiet throughout the day, even during normal hours, which were from 7am-10pm. If you're staying with large families or kids, be aware of neighbors. Our host received a noise complaint about a party, when really it was just my kids enjoying the pool during the day. Unfortunately it didn't feel too comfortable outdoors for us, as it felt like we were being monitored. Even with the camera facing the pool. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone staying in the area looking for a comfortable quiet getaway.
