Optional pool heating is available for $90/first day and $60/after day one (September-March). $45 a day (April-August) per day. Hot tub available year-round.

We have exterior cameras in the following locations monitoring the entrances and exits of the property for your safety and security: *front door (doorbell camera) *viewing my front yard *over my pool and pool front gate *viewing behind the garage and alley

Kelly was fantastic to work with ! We had no problems at all. The home is beautiful with lots of storage and very comfortable furniture. The pool was clean and relaxing. The home is within walking distance to a variety of stores and the beach ! We had a wonderful time !

The hot tub was a fantastic bonus — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel right at home.Overall, this home exceeded all expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!The host was absolutely incredible! She was always in touch and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we asked for recommendations on where to eat or what to do, she offered so many thoughtful suggestions that perfectly matched our tastes and interests. Her communication was exceptional — quick, friendly, and genuine. Even after we left, she stayed in contact and continued to check in, which meant so much to us. She truly cares about her guests and makes you feel completely at home. Honestly, she’s one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — simply amazing!

Absolutely perfect vacation rental. 6 of us were in town for a family wedding, agreed ranged from 35 to 85. We loved the house. Spacious, clean, incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, safe, quiet, and close to shops/restaurants and the beach. Easy parking. Most importantly, top notch communication with the hosts, even though we didn’t need anything.Highly recommended.

Beautiful house and excellent location. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the beach is so close. House had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Hosts were so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
