This is an incredible home situated on an unmatched waterfront point location. Perfectly situated to witness dramatic sunsets with 180 degrees views of Naples Canal meeting Rivo Alto, with direct boat access and views of the ocean beyond. This captivating residence boasts a dramatic great room, which offers both formal and casual living and dining areas, and an open kitchen, a main level den with mahogany built-ins and entertainment center.
This three-story Naples Island estate offers rich hand- crafted appointments and high-end amenities. Exquisite architectural design and detail makes this 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with approximately 4,000 square feet, a true masterpiece where entertainment areas spill outdoors to lush private and waterfront patios and decks.

We absolutely loved this home. The views are amazing and the location was perfect for us. The owners were wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Whether it was sitting indoors enjoying family time or being outdoors enjoying the view we had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

This place is an absolute gem! The home was stunning, clean, and ideally located. The hosts were attentive and made everything hassle-free. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it!

The location was wonderful with surrounding amenities galore. The house is grand and is exceptionally well stocked. The hostess was very communicative and thoughtful in her gifts, presentation, and item preparation.New towels, kitchen linens, and phone chargers were left for us as were gifts of wine and fruit in lovely displays on our arrival.
However, the house was very dirty despite the owner's efforts to clean for 3 days before we arrived. The kitchen was the worst with grimey cupboards and drawers. Spills that hadn't been cleaned and crumb filled drawers were abundant. The area under the counter cutting board was filthy as was the garbage bin areas.
Thick dust covered areas that weren't easily reachable. Rims of some toilets had not been attended to in a long while. The floor was superficially cleaned only. Sand, dirt, dog kibble,dog hair and dust were prominent especially under small area rugs or easily moveable furniture. High touch wall areas near handles and light switches were filthy. Baseboards were thick with dirt. The stairs were very dirty. There was broken glass on the garage floor.
It took many hours of cleaning throughout our stay to feel somewhat comfortable in there. We did not dare turn on the furnace not wanting to stir up more dust. Night time temps were down to 43F.
This place could be stunning however the lack of cleanliness affected our enjoyment. Granted it is large and on water but better upkeep is essential to rent at that pricepoint!
