5 kişi olarak kaldığımız için evin boyutları, oda sayısı ve banyo sayısı çok yeterliydi. Balkonda oturup manzaraya bakmak çok keyifliydi. Merkezden biraz uzak ama bizim için böyle olması daha iyi oldu. İstediğimiz zaman araçla 8dkda merkezi noktaya gidebiliyorduk. Temizliğinden de çok memnun kaldık. Misafirler için düşünülmüş küçük detaylar mutlu etti.
Genel olarak çok güzeldi ve memnun kaldık. Sadece iki banyoda birer tane tuvalet kağıdı ve sadece mutfaktaki çöpün içinde poşet olmayıp yedeklerinde konulmasını beklerdim.

Everything was well prepared, well organized and property was so clean. Host was really kind, one day before she told me everyhing about the home. I can choose here on my next vacations.

The house is new, clean, spacious & comfortable. Patio is very nice with a great view of the sea. Ample space for parking.
The local host was responsive and very helpful.
Also, the restaurant about a 1/2 km to the south is excellent.
The location is the biggest negative issue. House is located up a 50+ meter steep alley, spprox 15°. Two cab drivers did not want to drive up the road to the house. In addition, there is a 19-step marble staircase to get up to the main level.
I would expect the kitchen to get better equipped as they have more experience. IE, there was no coffee maker or microwave.

A brand new facility. Everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Having 2 bathrooms is especially great for larger groups. The balcony has a beautiful view. The streets in Chios are very narrow, so having a private parking space was a big advantage
If you don’t have a car, it might be a bit challenging. It’s not right in the center — it’s about 2–3 kilometers away. If you rent a car, definitely go for a small one because the streets are very narrow.
