Πολύ ωραία η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού, πολύ βοηθητικός, ευγενικός ο Κωνσταντίνος που μας κατεύθυνε για όλα, αρκετές παροχές άνετες για οικογένεια με εφήβους πχ Netflix! Παραλία, πεζόδρομος, καταστήματα μπροστά «στα πόδια μας».
Το μόνο που πρέπει να βελτιωθεί, είναι η σχετική υγρασία του σπιτιού. Βοήθησε ο αφυγραντήρας που παρείχαν οι ιδιοκτήτες.

Location is very good, right on the beach with grocery shops, bars and restaurants within a stone's throw. I find the placing of the sunbeds in the beach in front of the apartment quite dense. Within 300m the beach has some places without sunbeds where you can avoid the overcrowdedness. For the rest, the apartment is quite well equipped with ACs and all the kitchenware.
There is no cleaning service (charging €30 but not available when we asked it) and when we asked to provide us with cleaning detergents to do it ourselves, we were told that someone would come and unlock the storage room for us to do it ourselves. No one showed up and at the end the apartment was not cleaned during our stay (1 week). We also asked to replace the towels and they said they would do it and at the end, again, they were not replaced.
There were some toiletries in the apartment but since there was no cleaning service, we had to take care of them once they were up.
The bathroom has no window and therefore it's quite humid. There is a dehumidifier which helps but fills up quite quickly. If the dehumidifier is not used or filled up, odors will start popping up.
The window in the bedroom facing the beach is not closing properly and disturbing noise from the restaurants may be experienced.
The free parking spots in the area are very limited and maybe worth exploring parking options before booking
