About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 131 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, for rent in Quessoy. It has a lovely 59 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 380 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 59 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (200×200) with an en suite shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- An 8x5 m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 30 May to 30 September, equipped with an electric shutter
- A beautiful 380 m² private, enclosed garden
- A 36 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace surrounding the swimming pool with furniture
The house is ideally located in Quessoy, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities:
- Visit the Château de Bogard and the Château de la Hunauday
- Hike and cycle on the trails around Quessoy
- Discover the local markets Breton
- The sea is about 15 km away
- Saint-Brieuc (Baie de Saint-Brieuc, beaches, etc.) and Lamballe are 12 km away
- Pléneuf-Val-André 19 kms away; Cap D'Erquy 30 kms away, and Fort La Latte 41 km away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park (3 vehicles).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Brieuc or Lamballe about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, Bretagne 100 km away
