About this villa rental
A tourist furnished, 5 stars, classified by the Ministry of Tourism, for your exclusive use as a temporary tenant. The villa is designed to accommodate 6 to 8 people and your visitors. Of traditional aspect for its facade of granite stones, it is resolutely modern by its equipments. Its indoor pool is heated, equipped with swimming countercurrent, an aqua bike. South-facing, it is a farmhouse in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux. The view overlooks the site of Castennec and the garden of 3000m ² raised and flowered, closed, privatized, equipped with furniture, spaces arranged bowling games, palets, badminton. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed. The beds are made for your arrival, towels included. The mattresses and pillows are protected by mattresses and removable covers Two pillows per person, a duvet per bed and a blanket.
Communication equipment: internet, TV Canalsat, landline telephone, Hi-Fi.
Kitchen and household equipment: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, steamer, beaters, crockery, utensils. Table linen (towel and tablecloth) and tea towel provided. Vacuum cleaner and common household equipment, cleaning products made available.
In RDC a SDB with tub, independent TOILET, on the floor a SDB shower + TOILET, equipped each one with hairdryer and electric adapter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Jeanne.
Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi, rien ne maque.
Les propriétaires nous ont apporté toutes les informations au moment de la réservation ainsi que pendant le séjour.
La maison est agréable, située dans quartier très calme et proche des axes routiers afin de visiter les alentours.
La piscine est un vrai plus malgrés le froid extérieur que nous avons eu en ce début mars.

Ces quelques jours passés dans cette charmante maison, au calme, nous ont permis de faire une parenthèse agréable pour nous ressourcer en changeant un peu d’air. La propriété est belle, bien entretenue et ne manque de rien. La piscine a été appréciée. Après un moment de stupeur en découvrant «aucun réseau » sur les téléphones, la gente masculine a été rassurée par l’existence de la connexion internet 😅
Cette location est sans nulle doute encore plus agréable au printemps/été avec les nombreuses balades alentours. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et répondent à toutes nos questions. Merci !
