About this house rental
Stone house of 240 m2 with sea view on the Bréhat archipelago, the island of Modez and pors Guyon. Direct access to the beach at the end of the garden. Heated swimming pool all year round, which can be discovered in summer. Located in a quiet hamlet at the foot of a place called Paradise. This house has 5 bedrooms, 4 with sea views. In the heart of a 1.3 hectare park, calm reigns. The veranda, the living room and the dining room also overlook the sea.

Fantastic location and lovely building with plenty of space and great views. The pool was lovely, but the pool cover was slightly tired and not always easy to open. Beds were all comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well kitted-out, although some of the frying pans weren't suitable for the induction hob so didn't work. BBQ was great and worked really well. Also easy to clean which helps. Table tennis table and room were a big hit - perfect space for it. House was clean throughout. Lovely garden and forest area with a rope swing the kids loved. Nice walk out from the bottom of the garden to the beaches.

The house and the garden are super. Very well equiped. The pool is nice and warm. You can also take the roof of the pool for a nicer look. The views from the terrasse and the eatingcorner give an extra. Lots of nice villages and places to visit.

Beach when the tide is in at bottom of garden.
Other great sandy beaches 10 minutes away.
Idyllic.
The gravel track was a pain in an ordinary saloon car.

Cleanliness poor - piles of hair and tissues in one of the bathrooms. Beautiful view and lovely beaches close by other than the cleanliness is was great.
