- A pleasant shared swimming pool with the owners, measuring 8x4.2 m, with a depth from 1.50 m to 1.80 m (secured by an alarm, accessible by steps). It is in service from early May to late September.
- A pétanque pitch with a set of boules provided.
- A ping-pong table.
- A relaxation area with sun loungers around the pool dedicated to tenants.
- 2 parking spaces inside the property.
