Centuries-old stone house with courtyard, peaceful location surrounded by nature – between forest, river and fields. Charm, authenticity, space.
Ideal for relaxing with family far from the stress of the city.
Ground floor: large, modern and fully equipped kitchen; large living room with fireplace, soapstone wood stove; small living room with an (old) piano; large bedroom with 1 large bed (2 mattresses); bathroom with shower; separated WC. (Each room has window-s and direct access to the courtyard.)

Extension 1 - accessible by stairs from the courtyard: large living room; small bedroom with 1 single bed; mezzanine with 2 single beds; kitchenette; bathroom with shower; separated WC.

Walks in the woods and forest, along the fields, swimming in the Cèze.
Classified among “The Most Beautiful Villages of France”®, La Roque-Sur-Cèze is a charming village built on a rocky peak, 5 min. by car or 30 min. on foot.
Below the village, the Sautadet waterfalls impress with their tumultuous waters; downstream, a small stone beach suitable for bathing.
Nearby, the picturesque villages of Goudargues (with its bucolic canal and market), Montclus (with its Mons Serratus abbey and an imposing castle) and Cornillon (with its typical Provencal architecture) await you. It's lovely to stroll through their medieval alleys and discover local products.
Other sites of interest in the region include the Grotte de la Salamandre, the Aven d'Orgnac and the Chartreuse de Valbonne, amongst others.
The Cèze valley is a little corner of paradise for those who love nature vacation. Swimming in the Cèze, canoeing/kayaking or horseback riding, hiking or cycling, exploring the Saint-Michelet interpretive trail... And the beautiful town of Uzès is not far away!

Wer in Südfrankreich einen authentischen, abgelegenen Ort sucht, von dem dennoch alles im Nu erreichbar ist, ist mit diesem zauberhaften Haus bestens beraten. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der zauberhafte Innenhof haben es uns angetan. Das Haus ist in L-Form. Neben zwei hübschen Schlafzimmern (eines davon ist über eine sehr steile Holzleiter erreichbar - wird in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt!)) in dem einen Trakt gibt es im anderen Trakt (über Außerntreppe) ein Enzelbett und in der offenen Mansarde noch 2 Einzelbetten. Dort konnte man bei den Temperaturen nicht schlafen, deshalb haben 2 Personen im großzügigen Wonhzimmer geschlafen. Dass man die Schlafplätze alle direkt vom Innenhof aus erreichen kann, ohne die Miturlauber zu stören, war sehr praktisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très joli mas, joli déco… nous avons eu un peu chaud dans les chambres sous les toits et la cour manque de vue sur l’extérieur( jolies champs tout autour de la maison) mais sinon le reste était parfait! Merci
