About this house rental
A small haven of peace near Uzès and the Cèze valley (at the heart of the Avignon, Nîmes, Alès triangle).
This pretty 100 m² villa and its garden are fully fenced with a secure heated swimming pool (electric curtain and bubble cover).
It has a pétanque court and a gas barbecue.
A ping pong table can be made available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher).
The living room is equipped with a 123 cm flat screen TV, wifi, telephone, pellet stove, reversible air conditioning.
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, the third with two twin single beds.
A bathroom with shower, double sink, hairdryer, towel dryer.
An independent WC.
A cellar equipped with a washing machine.
It is located in a very quiet and pretty place.
A multitude of places are to be visited with many activities in the surroundings (canoeing, tree climbing, hiking, walking, climbing, restaurants ...).
New villa (second rental season). A deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival for the cleaning which is returned to you if everything is correct at the end of the stay.

We had a fantastic week staying here. It is a stylish, comfortable and well equipped house with a lovely outside area which is peaceful and private. We used the house as a base for a climbing trip at Seynes which is a short (20 minutes) drive away. We also enjoyed day trips to the Ardeche. Agnes and Christophe are very kind and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome. We would be very happy to stay here again and recommend it completely.Merci Beaucoup Agnes et Christophe.

Wir waren mit unserer 17-jährigen Tochter und ihrem Freund dort und haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Mapokia verbracht
Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir von den Vermieter Agnès und Christophe sehr herzlich empfangen und zur Begrüßung standen im Haus ein paar leckere Produkte (Obst – Wein usw.) aus der Region für uns bereit.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Sitzecken und der Pool ist sehr schön. Über die Klimaanlage im Haus waren wir sehr froh!
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, außer den Hühnern des Nachbarn ist fast nichts zu hören.
Von dort aus haben wir schöne Ausflüge nach Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon oder eine Wanderung zu den Cascades du Sautadet oder nach Saint-Martin d‘Ardèche gemacht.
Von Agnès und Christophe erhielten wir dann abends bei einem Glas Wein noch ein paar zusätzliche Ausflugstipps wie z.B. dem kleinen Örtchen Goudargues.
Das tolle Ferienhaus ist nur zum empfehlen !
