Cuisine: manque a minima un micro-ondes Four qui ne fonctionnait pas SDB très étroite les WC sont collés à la paroi de douche Aucune penderie à disposition, il n’y a que des tiroirs à disposition et 4 pauvres cintres accrochés au portemanteau Télé minuscule dans le placard quand on cherche bien et aucune notice d’utilisation pour accéder aux chaînes il faut deviner pour comprendre que c’est à travers Canal+…. Studio très agréable. Un maximum de rangement dans un minimum de place. Le coin chambre isolé de la pièce, un plus pour un studio. La situation plein centre au pied du marché, l'isolation phonique des fenêtres qui isolent du bruit du centre ville, soir et matin.
