The apartment is in a great location with fantastic views over the marina and out to sea. We were very comfortable during our two week stay and had a great holiday. Communication with Denis was excellent and had all the information we need to enjoy our stay.

Stayed for four nights with two kids and we found the apartment almost perfect for our needs with costing too much. Denis was good on communication. We cooked most evening meals and managed to wash several loads of clothes! Good to be by the sea and Courselles is a nice town. Managed to explore several landing beaches and Caen without spending too much time in the car. Only quibble is the block and immediate area are fairly characterless and there was no kettle to make tea!!

We enjoyed our time here. A bit noisy with so many seagulls, and a bit smelly from the marina water. But the apartment itself was great. We had to use the sofa bed, would've been nice to have an extra chair to sit in when the bed was set out.
