Our house is located in the village in a quiet and close to shops and all facilities of access to freeways for visiting tourist sites.
We offer "the cottage the caduceus" independent apartment classified 3 *** furnished tourism on the ground floor of our house, not overlooked with the owners, formerly the pharmacy of our village.
We are located 8km from downtown Caen, 6km from the exhibition center. 20 km from the beaches by expressway.
Equipped for 3-4 people, independent kitchen with utensils, dining room with round table and 4 chairs, living room with sofa bed 140x200 with good quality mattress, 2 armchairs, 32 "screen TV, DVD player, radio, mini CD channel, washing machine, library, board games, wireless internet and broadband, storage. Power adapter USA, UK, Australia, Asia.
Room decorated with a bed for 2 people 160x200, wardrobe with wardrobe.
Shower room with a large shower, sink, storage, bathroom, separate toilet.
Private wooded terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, charcoal barbecue, closed secure private parking.
