L'hôte est très réactif. L'appartement est neuf, bien conçu (par exemple beaucoup de prises électriques là où on en a besoin, réglage centralisé et intuitif de la température). La place de parc est vraiment un avantage appréciable. Le quartier est calme, bien qu'à deux pas du centre. De plus, un arrêt de la ligne stratégique du tram est situé à proximité.
Les murs sont encore un peu nus. Un crochet à serviette de bain serait le bienvenu à proximité du lavabo.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse. Prestations de qualité, clair, lumineux, appartement et décoration soigné... localisation proche du centre, parking pour la voiture.
Pour information, obligation de garer son véhicule dans la rue avant d'accéder à la résidence. Le badge d'accès permettant de rentrer la voiture se trouve dans l'appartement. Le seul "petit" bémol

Everything is nearby, you can find everything you need inside the apartment, well decorated, sunny, free parking, nice stuff.
The sofa in living room was not so comfortable for lying down and watching tv. The pillows of the bed were also not so comfortable. But it wasn’t a big problem. The lift wasn’t working but it is on the first floor.
