This peaceful, bright and completely renovated accommodation in February 2024 is located in the city center. It offers a relaxing stay alone, with family or friends in a peaceful setting to welcome you:

- A new equipped kitchen with a friendly dining area
- An Italian shower with a washing machine and a washing machine
dry selected for their ecological footprints
- The new swimming pool + sauna in front of the building offers relaxation for visitors

- O Aquatic Center (Orléans, relaxation pool, sauna, etc.) in front of the building
- To go to Paris (1 hour travel time by train) and different cities in the central region by
train and bus
- Orléans stations (Train and Road) 3 minutes on foot
- The little shopping center (Restaurant, bookstore, pharmacy, etc.) opposite the building
- Place d’Arc shopping center 3 minutes walk
- The tobacconist/press 2 minutes walk
- The tram and buses of the city of Orléans 3 minutes on foot
- Museum 3 minutes walk
- Sports Palace 5 mins walk
- Rue de la République for shopping 3 minutes walk

This apartment was absolutely fine for our one night stop- over in Orleans. Communication with the property manager was good and he was there to meet us with the key and show us where to park and around the property at 7pm as arranged. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed.
