Amazing location, very large suites, friendly helpful staff. It's definitely an older building but it has everything you need for a great price. I also cannot over emphasize how amazing the location is.

I paid *** per night, much less than even the other hotels in the area, so about 25% of the cost on the waterfront. It could use a coat of pain, and it has a sort of 1970's feel to it, but it is completely clean, the staff is wonderful and it is a 20 minute walk to the waterfront. I very much recommend it
