The home is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the lake and surrounding mountains, with vaulted ceilings and expansive covered decks that bring the outdoors in. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning mist or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water, every moment here is framed by natural beauty.
Step outside and discover the best of lake life. A private dock with a covered boat lift makes it easy to spend your days swimming, boating, paddle boarding, or just floating in the sun. After a day on the water, soak in the saltwater hot tub perched above the shoreline, a peaceful and luxurious way to relax while gazing out across the lake. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, stargazing, and laughter that carries well into the night.
Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a layout designed for both relaxation and connection. On the main floor, Bedroom #1 features a plush King bed and easy access to a full bath. Upstairs, Bedroom #2 also offers a King bed, while Bedroom #3 is a spacious bunkroom with two Double-over-Queen bunkbeds, a large smart TV, and sleeping space for up to eight guests, making it ideal for kids, cousins, or friends.
For added convenience and flexibility, the home features two full kitchens located side by side. This rare setup provides double the space for meal prep and storage, with two refrigerators, two stoves and ovens, and two sinks. It’s the perfect arrangement for large groups or multiple families sharing the space.
The home is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days, and a strong, reliable internet connection that’s perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected during your stay.
Whether you're enjoying peaceful mornings on the dock, action-packed afternoons on the water, or cozy evenings by the fire, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable Idaho vacation.
**Note: This home has exterior CCTV security cameras in use. Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and attached garage - there is no access to the detached shop. The driveway for this property is shared with the neighboring property, so it's important to park only in the (4) designated parking spaces.

It was a lovely stay! So much to do in the area, and with the lower altitude compared to Colorado, we greatly enjoyed it. The house is beautiful and well kept. Beautifully decorated. There are many special features that are not included on the listing, which was nice suprise! The only cavate...but we would definetly stay again, is the activity in the area we noticed when outside. With being near marina that is to be expected. It was fun to watch all the boats go in and out and seaplane land. Busier on weekend than during week. It was an amazing time away, beautiful sunsets, great dock, kayaks, great hiking in area. Enjoy!
