About this house rental
Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, private lakefront retreat! This newer lake house was built in 2016 and will show you what north Idaho has to offer! Located on the sunny side of Bottle Bay, enjoy a private dock with views of Schweitzer mountain. Take in amazing Lake Pend Oreille with floor-to-ceiling windows. Bask in the sun on the large deck or from the private dock. The property is conveniently located across from Bottle Bay Marina, which offers dining, boat/kayak rentals, gas, and a boat launch. The beautiful, lively town of Sandpoint is close by (25 minutes by car or 15 by boat). Also, check out the many restaurants on Lake Pend Oreille's shores!
This house has unique features throughout. The custom kitchen table, bathroom countertops, and fireplace mantle were hand-crafted out of trees from the property that were removed for the build. Knotty alder and pine finishes will make you feel right at home in north Idaho! Enjoy a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with well-stocked wood storage, an open timber staircase leading to a large loft, and a room of built-in bunk beds that will wow you!
The house offers plenty of space for a large group or will cozily accommodate a smaller group as well. The house sleeps 10 in beds, with an optional air bed if needed. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. Bedrooms include:
-Master suite: King bed, his and hers closets, and attached master bath
-Spare bedroom: King bed and double closets
-Large bunk room: Custom built-in bunk beds--two twin extra-long beds over two full extra-long beds, able to sleep children or adults
-Large loft: Perfect for additional sleeping bags or air mattresses (For your convenience, we provide one queen-sized air mattress and bedding. This is not included in the above stated "sleeps 10.")

The “Copper Cabin” located on beautiful and intimate Bottle Bay is a fine new home, very well designed with just a few steps to a grassy lawn and classic dock for swimming and boating.

The only thing more amazing then the property was the host. She was accessible at all times, accommodating, and a great communicator. The property itself exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but the games and movies available were enough to entertain all the kids (ages 2-9). Highly recommend this place for a family vacation or just a peaceful getaway!

Our second 4 generational stay. The house is not just comfortable its everything we could want in a family retreat. The weather cooled from 80s to 60s and it's still T Shirt weather because of the humidity. PLEASE! If you see anything other than a 5 🌟 review, consider that this is a BEAUTIFUL Lake House on the Sunny end of Bottle Bay in Northern Idaho. It isn't a Hotel parked next to a Shopping Mall.😎 Well stocked & very clean (I spent 25 years training cleaning staff & know where to look) there may be a more responsive Host than Jennifer
but they're probably not on this Planet. The Dock & Water Sports Equipment are all an added plus. If you STOP looking and stay here you'll be glad you did 🙂

The dock is nice and provides 4 chairs to enjoy the lake. The house wasn't well stocked with toiletries and the pots and pans are not of the quality that you would expect at this price point. The TV is located upstairs and does not have cable or satellite. The house was well located and has a nice patio, neighbors were all nice as well. Not sure it was worth the price but overall a nice home.
