The space
This recently updated modern home boasts impressive high ceilings and large rooms perfect for large gatherings. The four bedrooms with attached baths give everyone enough space and privacy to enjoy themselves.
Master Bedroom(downstairs): King Memory Foam Mattress; Smart Tv plus huge walk-in closet, and electric sit/standing desk. Attached en-suite with dry sauna. Gorgeous lake view and a view of Schweitzer Mountain. Additional Sleeping: Queen Pull Out Couch
Bedroom 2(downstairs): Queen Memory Foam Mattress; small walk-in closet. En-suite with Jacuzzi Tub and Shower.
Bedroom 3(upstairs): Private Patio featuring Lake Views. Queen Memory Foam Mattress; large walk-in closet, and electric sit/standing desk. En-suite with Shower. Additional Sleeping: Full-size sofa bed(memory foam topper).
Bedroom 4(upstairs): Private Patio featuring Mountain Views. King Memory Foam Mattress; large walk-in closet, and desk. En-suite with Shower/tub combo. Additional Sleeping: Full-size sofa bed(memory foam topper).
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Refrigerator, freezer, small ice machine, wine cooler, microwave, gas stove, oven, blender, electric tea kettle, coffee pot, Keurig, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster.
Living Room:
Marvel at the view of Lake Pend Orielle and Schweitzer Mountain. Includes gas fireplace, 75 inch TV, BlueRay, Netflix, HULU and Sonos surround sound.
Game Room:
Have some fun while enjoying lake and mountain views. Includes ping pong table, (NEW) pool table, shuffleboard, 2 player arcade game, 75 inch TV, Xbox, karaoke. The super-comfortable sofa fits 6-8 people.
Additional Sleeping: Jumbo bean bag (converts to Queen sized mattress). Full-size sofa bed(memory foam topper).
The Neighborhood:
Just a twenty-minute drive from Silverwood Amusement Park and Schweitzer Mountain for entertainment no matter the season. A short drive away, you will find the town center and have access to popular local restaurants, brewpubs, and wineries.
Outdoors:
(Please keep in mind that the backyard has since been renovated since pictures were taken. There is now a boulders and rock stairs to get down to the grass area)
In the summer months we provide bikes, paddle boards and kayaks.
Relax on the deck or host a BBQ using the outdoor grill. Grab a soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the lake from your private, secluded beach.
There is a private dock to keep your boat on premises, as well as a boat launch near by. For those who don’t have a boat, there are boat & jet skiing rentals nearby, as well. If adventure is your middle name, then there are tons of activities you will enjoy! Hiking trails, water-skiing, wake-boarding and mountain biking are at the heart of this beautiful town in the summer/fall months. In the winter/spring months you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing up on Schweitzer Mountain Resort. All year around, you may enjoy the deer and elk as they gracefully walk just feet from our windows.
Lake Pend Oreille water levels are controlled by the Army Corp. of Engineers at Albeni Falls Dam. They always have the lake full by first part of June and start slowly drawing down the water the first week of October. Most years the pool level is within a couple feet of full pool level by Memorial weekend which makes our private dock usable. We are hopeful this going to change in the near future for a longer swim season.
Also please note their is a train close by that runs through if your a really light sleeper.

Absolutely beautiful Property

This is a wonderful property, with lots of room. The bedrooms are large and each one has its own bath. Everything is very modern, and the home is well equipped. The many amenities are as described. We were here with our adult children and their significant others, and this made for a terrific gathering space. The lake is very clean, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as swimming off the beach. The house sits on a quiet road. There is a railroad track vey close to the house, and the train traffic was heavy during our stay, but the noise did not bother us. Ann was very responsive both before and during our stay. She was a joy to work with.

My husband and I chose this vrbo for us to be able to stay close to my brother and his wife for their baby shower. It was perfect. a wonderful getaway with lakeside beach and dock and a huge back yard for our dogs. Ann was amazing and welcoming and available to answer any and all questions about the property. My family loved the place and Ann was so welcoming and made it feel like home.

We just spent the week at the best vacation rental house! The owners made sure to take care of every little need. Our kids spent the week kayaking, fishing, biking and, of course, playing games in the massive game room. The beds were amazingly comfortable and it was truly a relaxing vacation! We are already talking about next year!!
