La localización, la decoración, práctico.
El suelo del baño podría estar más limpio. El edredón (duvet) tiene que ser más grande: cuando se meten dos personas en la cama, falta edredón por los lados. La manta del sofá hay que lavarla. Las almohadas son muy bajas.

Appartement très bien rénové. Equipé correctement et aménagé avec gout.
Immeuble un peu "sonore" mais si tout le monde joue le jeu, pas de bruit.
Grosse odeur d'humidité ou de chien mouillé. Egalement odeur de cigarette.
Malgré une longue aération, l'odeur est resté et mes habits s'en sont même imprégnés.
Problème au niveau de la poignée de la porte de la chambre.

Appartement propre, bien equipe, parfaitement situe, a proximite des lieux de visite et de la gare. Place de parking dediee, tres importante dans le centre de Tours. Excellente communication avec Antoine. Arrivee et depart en totale autonomie. Appartement tres calme malgre sa situation en pleine ville.

Sorry but not a lot to like.
Location is in a nondescript suburb a long walk from anywhere you'd want to be. Poor instructions for entering property and no instructions for how to find garage key. On entering, the sitting/dining/kitchen space was equipped to basic student standard, the bedroom was better. However, the bedsheets were stained, cutlery had food remains (no dishwasher, DIY dishwashing, never a good idea) and the toilet had splashes of faeces. We managed to get the host to send someone to fix the bed and toilet, but not with good grace. We had to go out for a couple hours when we just wanted to rest after a long drive. Bizarrely, we received a 12 euro refund today. Not sure why.
