We had a wonderful stay! The communication was absolutely perfect from start to finish — clear, fast, and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better — just a 3-minute walk from the historic center of Tours, in a quiet and charming area. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions for getting the keys. Any time we had a question, the host responded quickly and kindly. Excellent client service overall. Highly recommended!

The place is well located and very clean.
There is no place for any storage. If you stay for a week for example it would help some kind of cupboard with shelves in order not to keep all clothes in suitcases. The sofa is not very comfortable when extended.
