The apartment (a single room) was apparently refurbished recently and all appliances were in good condition. It had three windows which made it quite well lighted. The artificial lighting was also very good (i. e. bright). I also appreciated the table which was big enouugh do to some work on it.
Communication with the host/landlord company was fast and effectice.
If you have a folding bike (not a regular one) you can stow it into a small cubbyhole in the basement for the night.
The biggest single drawback is: There is not a single wardrobe. There are only two hooks on a wall an even there there are no hangers. You pile all your garments on the floor. Likewise you pile all your other belongings on the floor, because there isn't any usable cupborad except one filled with the disher and one very small one also filled with things like games.
Getting at the dishes ist cumbersome, too - all are crammed in and stacked on a single shelf in the cupboard.
As a matter of fact I'd expect more items for domestic use than exactly one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag (no spares, that is). This kind of items does not sell in quantities a traveller needs for a few days and they are cheap enough to be included for a stay of 3-4 days (my opinion).
