Comfortable bed

It was clean and suitable for our last minute needs. We were stuck late last minute and needed somewhere we could check in in the middle of the night. That was why we chose this room
It was so hot in the room and too noisy to open the window. The heating could only be adjusted by contacting them and it was too late to do that. I would much rather be in charge of my own temperature

Location to event
The stairs are extremely steep with no mention of this in the booking. Our towels were wet rolled up on our bed and made the blanket then wet and smell of damp. Paid extra for a late check out and then the code didn’t work to get back into the building after 10am. Luckily someone stayed in the room to let me in as I couldn’t get back into the building as the code no longer worked.
Paint peeling on the window ledge and damp/water marks in ceiling corners.

Location was great, very close to the beach, the Pavillion, bars and restaurants and parking. TV was great and had a fire stick.
On arrival, beware of steep stairs to the rooms, room smaller than expected. Bedding and towels were damp, this was resolved very quickly but not a good start. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom/ wet room, no where to hang used bath towels, blind missing from the window.
