The location was perfect close to arcade, shopping,beach ect. Room lovely and cosy with tea/coffee making facilities and on suit bathroom. Easy check in lovely staff. Breakfast could of been better if it was freshly cooked . I would use this gest house again.

You can tell quite a lot about a place by the quality of the linen. The towels were soft and fluffy and the pillows were good. The duvet cover was the wrong size so the duvet was a bit squashed but the bed was comfy and having a fridge in the room is great idea.
Very clean, very tidy, great location
Toilet paper - very poor quality, really let the room down.
Could do with a chair in the room.
Breakfast was not the best - I expected to be able to have toast and marmalade/jam as well as a cooked breakfast.

Position
I booked because breakfast included, when I went for breakfast the cook was not expecting me only a vegetarian lady who was not staying there, so only veg food, once confirmed that I was there for breakfast, also I booked because it had a fridge in the room, which turned out to be a tiny cool box,that did not get cold so wasted the meat I put in overnight. On arrival the door would not open as the lock battery had died, luckily it was not raining as I waited for 20 mins for someone to let me in.There is no one living on site.over all very disappointed with my stay, would not return, have stayed in several places on the front, this was the worst so far.
