I really liked the cleanliness, it's a cozy apartment with two bedrooms, both bedrooms have double beds with tvs in the room also lots of storage space for clothes etc.. There is a small kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean and the basic amenities you would expect were provided. The kitchen had a cupboard with extra cleaning products and bin bags etc.
The flat is at the top floor of a three-story house and there is no elevator . So I would recommend it only for people who travel lightly and have no accessibility issues or disabilities.
Also the safe box for the key can be a little tricky to open. We were given the wrong code, and even with the right code given over the phone it was too difficult so we called the landlord and the issue was resolved quickly. So I would recommend maybe changing the safe box.

The location was really good and quite easy to find (though the buildings in the area aren't numbered simply). It is just outside the ULEZ and has free parking. There are also a number of playgrounds within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are a good size and the small kitchen was well equipped. No lamp in one of the bedrooms but not a major issue. A simple apartment but clean (new sealant could be used in the bath/new bath at some point could be put in). However I would definitely stay again if I had an event nearby (we stayed for a wedding in Putney and it was a ~30 min drive in) as it was great value for money.
We didn't receive info on how to check-in until quite close to arrival time, which did make me nervous that our booking may have been cancelled/not registered.
There isn't really much in the area, but not a real negative, as we weren't there to visit Langley itself, we walked maybe ~25 min to get to the closest open coffee place (Costa).
