Excellent location. Very comfortable space. Clean. Quiet. Convenient access to London, Windsor, Heathrow, walks in the surrounding area. Great kitchen and living area. Lovely bathrooms.
The building has a shared entryway that was dirty. Since it is shared by all the flats, cleaning responsibility is presumably shared. It would be nice if the apartment were able to negotiate a better cleaning schedule for this shared entryway. Opening the door onto this shared stairway gave a bad first impression that in no way matched the flat itself. The 2-bedroom flat itself is very clean.

High spec facilities, had everything we needed and really good quality. Lovely to have a little milk left in the fridge for us. Just great stay, close to the station.
Bed in the en-suite room was a little wobbly and mattress a little older that expected but otherwise fantastic stay!!

Location was excellent, apartment very clean, rooms bright and airy, kitchen well equipped, allocated parking was a good size and easy to get in/out with large vehicle, good showers and fab to have 2 bathrooms, towels were good quality.
No soap/handwash in the bathrooms when we arrived late at night but not a big deal as shop nearby.

Five minutes walk to cafes
Thought £160 cleaning fee for a two night stay was excessive especially when main bedroom had not been hoovered on arrival
