Great location, lots of space and very well equipped.
Outside of property could do with clean, broken glass and pot full of water and cigarette ends. Someone didn’t clean up after their dog !
Communal area outside flat was dirty.
I will add the property was not exclusively owned by the company and I believe the issues above are from the other tenants.

Excellent location on a High street with mini Supermarkets ,Restaurants for sitting in or takeaways
Be careful entering the courtyard as it is very tight for larger cars

The apartment was great and had everything required to make it home from home. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary things to prepare meals and packed lunches for our day trips out. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable allowing a good night's sleep. The living room was spacious and comfortable too and it was nice to have somewhere to sit and eat. It was great to have a parking space as well, albeit you need skill and patience to manoeuvre through the alleyway and into some of the spaces which are a bit tight. We liked the location as it was only a 15 min drive to Legoland and there were plenty of shops and restaurants round about to meet our needs. We also visited Jump In Trampoline Park which my son enjoyed and tasted some very delicious ice-cream from Hitcham Dairy Ice Cream, I can recommend the Bat's Dropping and Vampires Blood and Guts flavours. We had a lovely visit to Burnham Village and would love to return in the future.
On our last evening, there was a lot of jumping and banging from the flat above, presumably only young children but it did become slightly irritating after going on for a good 5-6 hours and even a couple of times during the night.

Spacious flat with a well equipped kitchen.
I felt the cleaning of the flat was a bit shoddy. I let the owner know about nail clippings found in the bedroom. I received a 'sorry it was a quick hoover'. I feel it needs a deep clean.
I also raised concerns about the windows. Only one opens in the whole flat. This is a significant fire risk and illegal. This needs to be rectified ASAP. Again nothing was done when this was raised.
Bed linen had make up stains on them. Bed linen should be replaced if you can't get the stains out.
This has the potential to be an amazing property to stay in but standards are not high enough.
