This place is truly exceptional! Perfectly situated just a stone's throw from the entrance to Kotor Old City, it offers the ideal balance of proximity without being directly inside.
If you’re traveling with a car, this location is a game-changer—easy parking, which is a rarity in this area.
The space itself was more than enough for my husband, son, and I, with plenty of room to spread out and the bed is so comfy! Everything was impeccably clean and stylishly modern, but what really made this place unforgettable were the rooftop windows. From there, we had breathtaking views of the Kotor fortress, the surrounding mountains, and the whole area—it was absolutely stunning.
We enjoyed walking to the Old City each night, and it was also a short stroll to the bay beaches and some of the best restaurants and markets in the area.
The host, Alexa, was amazing—so kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this spot enough—perfect for anyone visiting Kotor!
Wish it had a washing machine, it looks like it is coming because they had the space and the hookups in the bathroom. But by no means was a deal breaker, it is the only thing I can think that was missing.

First of all, we were very pleased that the business had a parking lot. The owner was very friendly and solution-oriented. The rooms were very functional and each room had air conditioning. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Exactly as nice as the photos, great location - in walking distance to the old town, very clean, lovely air conditioning that keeps the entire apartment cool, great bathroom and the sofa and beds are very comfortable!
Only small things
I think the kettle was broken as it took a long time to boil and made a funny sound
As others have said, the kitchen utensils aren’t the best so cooking is a little more difficult
