Great spot. Right in the old town. The shortest walk from the entry point of the old town. Very safe location. Lots of doors and a gate before entering your room. Very spacious. Plenty of air circulation. Theres a pizza shop underneath and the smell is amazing! Would stay again.

We looked at several places before traveling to Kotor. We kept coming back to look at Pearl apartments. The pictures are true to what you will get! The location is directly in Old Town next to Pizza place =) It was a little hard finding it, but that was because we we not use to the alley of the Old Town. Dada was very nice to help with anything we needed. We were lucky to have the other guest come by, as I couldn't call (eSim was not working) to let her know we were 30 minutes earlier than planned. However, she was there within 5 minutes to let us in! The location is very central. Each room had a fan and there's AC as well for when it gets to the hotter months. The value and price couldn't be beat. We highly recommend a stay here!

Milan, the manager, was great and the apartment was excellent. We did have a slight problem with the communication part to meet up, as I was in transit from Slovenia to get to Tivat and my lack of knowledge to use WhatsApp. But with some help from a kind lady, we got to meet and everything went fine. The location of the apartment is central for Old Town amid many restaurants. I would love to stay again at Pearl Apartment next time when I am in Kotor.

Large apartment with a separate kitchen area. Mattress was a bit soft but we found that to be the case in most of Montenegro.
Check in was a bit messy. Had to go to another hotel to ask them to call our host for us. Turns out the number in Agoda messages is a mobile number with WhatsApp. So best to WhatsApp that number to inform them of arrival.
It’s on the first floor walk up apartment. Check in guy helped carry our luggage up but upon check out, you need to bring it down yourself. So take note if you have large suitcases.
Location is in a small side street perpendicular to Hotel Varda.
We had cash ready to pay thanks to the reviews here although the check in guy gave a spiel about how their credit card machines are out of order.
Windows were double glazed and shutters worked great too at blocking the outside noise. Once that was closed, it was nice and quiet.
Aircon and hot water worked well.
