About this apartment rental
Beautifully positioned in an elevated location above the bay, our apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A small supermarket, the waters edge, several bars and restaurants are just minutes away or just relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool. Ten minutes by car, bus or taxi is the beautiful walled medieval town of Kotor. This pedestrianised town is a must see that boasts a variety of restaurants, bars, churches, galleries and boutiques. A ten minute drive in the opposite direction is the ancient town of Parest once part of the Venetian empire. From here you can take a trip to the island or walk around the old stone buildings, chill on the waterfront restaurants or visit the museum. Boka Heights is a small and very well maintained complex with the grounds and swimming pool inspected twice daily. The residence is privately owned and ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat, please ask to see our online photo albums and see for yourself.

Amazing views, spacious apartment. Washing machine came in very handy. The hill was very steep but we walked the new road a few times which was much easier. We booked days out using the Omio app and visited Budva and Tivat. The cable car is a must. The apartment was great to come back to after a long day exploring the beautiful bay. The communication was great and we would highly recommend

The best aspect of the apartment is the balcony space and magnificent views which are spectacular. The apartment is very clean with good space and well equipped with great air conditioning in each room. The parking space is invaluable as parking in Kotor is v difficult. Nice shared pool. We would have benefited from directions to find the apartment within the complex because we arrived late and the numbering is not easy to find. Nice recommended water front Restaurant within 10 mins walk. About an hours walk to the centre of Kotor along the water front. Overall a great base to explore the Kotor area.

We stayed here as a family and loved it. Lovely and relaxing spot for swimming yet still close to visit Kator and perast. The views from the balcony were outstanding! Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the apartment. Comfortable beds, quiet location, great view from the patio.Only issue was the almost 100 stairs to get to it as we had a months worth of luggage.One improvement would be better signage to direct people to the correct apartment as it took us a while to locate it upon our arrival.Host was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
