Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Hihi, this welcoming home offers the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the deck, strolling to the beach for a swim, or exploring the gems of the Far North, your days here flow with ease.
The house layout:
- Ground floor = 3 x single bunk beds, 1 x queen bed, 1 x bathroom with shower/sink/toilet, 1 x laundry with washer and dryer, 1 x lounge/entertainment area, lower deck & garden access.
- Middle floor = 1 x king single bed, 1 x shower/sink/toilet, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with wrap around deck access.
- Loft floor = 1 x king bed with ensuite bathroom of shower/sink/toilet.
The garden is spacious and sunlit (though not fully fenced). 3 x kayaks are available for guest use (recommended for people 13+ years of age and confidence with seacraft).
All the linen including bedsheets, towels and beach-towels are provided for guests.
The kitchen is well stocked and has staples to help you prepare meals.
A Weber BBQ is also available for guest use.
