About this house rental
Welcome to our family-friendly holiday home! This property is designed for families seeking a cozy and relaxing getaway. While we aim to provide a welcoming environment, we do have a few house rule to insure everyone enjoys their stay and the property remains well-maintained.
House Rules and Guidelines
# - FAMILY USE ONLY:
This property is Strictly for Families.
It is not a party house.
No Smoking or Vaping is permitted on the property anywhere!
Cleanliness and Care: The house is kept clean and tidy, and we ask our guest to leave it in the same condition. Any items lost or broken must be replaced with a new one.
Bunk Beds are for children Only: The bunk beds are reserved for children 12 years and under. They are not to be used by adults or as an additional sleeping area.
* - ACCOMMODATION & AMENITIES .
READ CAREFULLY!
Essentials:
Guests MUST bring all of their own bed line, towels, and any other washable items. A small supply of T Towels is suppled, which we are happy to wash after your stay.
* - SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The house sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children ONLY comfortably.
* - Wash House Facilities:
The Toilet, shower, and laundry are located in the wash house for easy access.
* - Proximity to Local Attractions.
The house is a short stroll to the stunning Cable Bay Beach and a equally pleasant walk to Taipa Beach.
A quick drive takes you to the Copers Beach Shopping area where you will find a Supermarket, Butcher Shop, Chemist, Coffee Bar and a Wholesalers. (plus, more).
The Charming town of Mangonui is just a 10-minute drive away, offering excellent dining options.
For more extensive shopping, Kaitaia is a 35-minute drive, with a larger supermarket and additional cafes.
* - Property Details:
The property is lived in by the owners, who will vacate during your stay.
The shared driveway is unsuitable trailers or boats.
Parking is limited to only three vehicles, and the turning circle must be kept clear at all times.

Bill was an excellent host. He responded to requests super quick! The bach was roomy and exactly as described. Comfortable and perfect for Easter whānau getaway.
