About this apartment rental
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, great for a small family vacation! New carpet throughout and fresh paint job in 2024. Enjoy dinner on our screened in deck area, overlooking the pool, and Niangua bridge. Condo includes all basic amenities, including a Washer and Dryer, and use of Propane Grill, and access to great fishing off the docks, or swimming in the pool. Enjoy the quieter part of the lake where you can relax and enjoy, but still be within minutes of some of the local favorites, including: The Cave Bar, Nauti Fish Rum Bar, Larry's on the Lake, and Fish & Co!

We love the location. The owner responded quickly to a couple of concerns we had. It was addressed immediately. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay, even with the inconsiderate and loud people above. Overall we look forward to returning

We enjoyed staying at this place. It was overall clean and had newer, comfortable carpet. We had all the kitchen items we needed, except dishwasher soap (thankfully we had our own). It was easy to get from the car to the condo and from the condo to the swimming pool. Condo looked the same as the listing pictures. The screened porch was wonderful and the host was helpful when we reached out. A few changes we would have enjoyed:1) There are no blackout shades in any of the bedrooms. It is pretty bright with all the lights from the lake, condo and early morning sun. 2) The laundry area no longer has a door on it. Many of the items in there are running often, so it is usually noisy in the condo. 3) The lake is beautiful but it would still be nice to have some privacy in the living room. There are no curtains/shades. 4) The freezer was full of frozen beer glasses. There was no room for our items that needed to be frozen. 5) The carbon dioxide detector started chirping at us while we were sleeping (low battery). We couldn’t find any replacement batteries in the condo and had to get one. The old battery had a very old expiration date. 6) The pool’s light was not working so it was quite dangerous for anyone sleeping at night. Overall, we had an enjoyable time! We would stay here again, but would also appreciate some of the above items to get some attention.
