What a great location is this 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo at Miramar Condominiums! It's at the 3 mile marker of the Niangua Arm at the Niangua Bridge in Camdenton!
Only 8 steps down to the unit you will enjoy the kitchen stocked with everything you would need to stay for a couple days or a week or more! The Laundry/Utility room located adjacent to kitchen. Dining Room seats 6 people with 3 more at the breakfast bar. Great for a good meal or a game of cards!
The Living Room includes flat screen TV, recliner, great lake view and deck access! The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, deck access and private bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. The guest room features a Queen bed, closet with Queen double high air mattress and access to the Guest bathroom. This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people!
Out on the deck, besides that great lake view, enjoy the conversation seating, string lights, ceiling fan and electric grill! While this unit does not come with a boat slip, you can rent a boat, a slip, park your boat trailer and launch right next door at Lake Breeze Marina!

We had a wonderful stay at Miramar! We were visiting for a baseball tournament and it was great location! The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, swimming in the pool and Fishing on the docks! The full time residents were friendly and helpful with information about the area! We would definitely stay again- if we are ever back to the Ozarks!
